Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a spot Unless says otherwise. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be refunded. Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable. but can be credited Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions) Outdoor workouts are weather permitting. If a session is canceled by Hardwood Hustlerz due to weather or safety concerns, families will receive a credit or reschedule option. Multi-Week Packages Multi-week or package sessions are non-refundable once the program begins. Unused sessions may not be carried over unless approved in advance. Late Arrival Late arrivals will not receive extended time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time out of respect for all athletes and families. Trainer Cancellations If Hardwood Hustlerz cancels a session for any reason, a make-up session or credit will be provided.
