Participation in any Hardwood Hustlerz training sessions, clinics, camps, private lessons, or events involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accident. By enrolling a child or participating in any Hardwood Hustlerz program, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Hardwood Hustlerz, its coaches, trainers, owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or medical expenses that may occur during or as a result of participation, except where required by law.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are physically able to take part in training activities and should consult a physician if there are any medical concerns. Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed prior to participation.

Hardwood Hustlerz does not provide medical advice or treatment. In the event of an emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to contact a parent/guardian and/or emergency services.

Participation also grants Hardwood Hustlerz permission to use photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional or marketing purposes, unless a written request opting out is submitted in advance
