Hardwood Hustlerz Refund Disclaimer
All purchases for Hardwood Hustlerz workouts, clinics, camps, and training sessions are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. By registering for any program, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Refunds, credits, or rescheduled sessions are not guaranteed and are provided only under the conditions described in this policy. Hardwood Hustlerz reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds and rescheduling, except where required by law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations by Hardwood Hustlerz
If a workout, clinic, or training session is cancelled by Hardwood Hustlerz due to coach availability, facility issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, parents/guardians will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund, or
-
A rescheduled session or account credit for a future workout
Parents will be notified as early as reasonably possible.
2. Pre-Notified Absences (Excused No-Shows)
If a parent/guardian provides advance notice that an athlete will be unable to attend a scheduled session:

The session may be rescheduled, or
-
A refund or credit may be issued at the discretion of Hardwood Hustlerz
Advance notice must be provided before the scheduled start time unless otherwise stated.
3. No-Notice No-Shows (Unexcused Absences)
If an athlete does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice:

The session will be considered a no-show

No refund, credit, or reschedule is guaranteed
This policy is necessary to ensure fair scheduling and availability for all athletes.
4. Multi-Session Packages & Clinics

Missed sessions within a package are not automatically refundable.

Makeups or credits are not guaranteed unless outlined in writing.

Packages are non-transferable unless approved in advance.
5. Weather & Facility Changes
Outdoor or facility-based workouts may be adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather or facility availability. Hardwood Hustlerz will communicate changes as soon as possible and follow the cancellation policy above.
6. How to Notify Us
To qualify for a reschedule or refund due to an excused absence, parents/guardians must notify Hardwood Hustlerz via:

7. Policy Updates
Hardwood Hustlerz reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and apply to future registrations.
