Welcome to the Hardwood Hustlerz website. By accessing this website, registering for programs, or participating in any Hardwood Hustlerz services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Programs & Participation

Hardwood Hustlerz provides basketball training, clinics, camps, private sessions, and related services. All participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian if under 18 years old.

Parents/guardians confirm that the participant is physically capable of taking part in athletic activities and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, unless disclosed in writing prior to participation.

2. Assumption of Risk

Basketball and athletic training involve inherent risks, including injury. By enrolling in Hardwood Hustlerz programs, parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

3. Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardwood Hustlerz, its owners, coaches, trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in any program, except where prohibited by law.

Participation may require signing a separate waiver and release form.

4. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed through the designated booking platform or website.

• Payment is required to secure a spot unless otherwise stated.

• Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Makeups

• Missed sessions are not guaranteed makeups unless explicitly stated.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of Hardwood Hustlerz.

• Program changes due to weather, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Show respect to coaches, staff, teammates, and facilities

• Follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Display good sportsmanship

Hardwood Hustlerz reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Media Release

By participating, parents/guardians grant Hardwood Hustlerz permission to use photos or videos of participants for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes, unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to participation.

8. Website Use

All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and videos—is the property of Hardwood Hustlerz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

10. Changes to Terms
