# HARDWOOD HUSTLERZ BASKETBALL ## Thanksgiving Skills Camp — Policies & Parent Agreement By registering a player for the Hardwood Hustlerz Thanksgiving Skills Camp, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following policies. ### REGISTRATION & PAYMENT Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. Camp space is limited. Spots will be reserved on a first-registered and paid basis. Registration is for the specific player listed on the registration form and may not be transferred to another player without approval from Hardwood Hustlerz. ### CANCELLATION, REFUND & CREDIT POLICY If a family cancels **7 or more days before the first day of camp**, the family may choose between: • A refund, or • Full Hardwood Hustlerz program credit. If a family cancels **less than 7 days before camp**, the registration payment is not eligible for a cash refund. However, the family may receive Hardwood Hustlerz program credit that can be applied toward an eligible future program. There are **no refunds or credits for missed camp days or no-shows** after camp has started. If Hardwood Hustlerz must cancel camp, registered families may choose between a **full refund or full program credit**. ### ARRIVAL & PICKUP Players should arrive approximately **10–15 minutes before camp begins** so they have enough time to check in, put on their basketball shoes, get water, and be ready when training begins. Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging timely pickup at the conclusion of camp. Players may only leave with their parent/guardian or an individual authorized by the parent/guardian. Parents should provide the names of any additional adults who are authorized to pick up their child. If pickup plans change, the parent/guardian should notify Hardwood Hustlerz before the player is released. ### WHAT PLAYERS SHOULD BRING Players should come prepared with: • Basketball shoes • Comfortable athletic clothing • A labeled water bottle • A basketball if requested by the coaching staff • Any necessary personal or medical items Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to camp. ### PLAYER BEHAVIOR & SPORTSMANSHIP Hardwood Hustlerz wants camp to provide a positive, competitive, safe, and respectful environment. Players are expected to: • Respect coaches and staff • Respect teammates and other campers • Follow coaching instructions • Demonstrate good sportsmanship • Respect the basketball facility and equipment
